Products can either be selected from the shop or pre-orderd for collection or delivery. A full product list and order form is available to download here.

Delivery
We offer a free monthly delivery service to customers in central Aberdeenshire. Central Aberdeenshire is not precisely defined but generally includes Deeside, Donside and Aberdeen. Orders can be placed using the booking form to be found on the link above. Orders are dispatched monthly at the same times as the open days. Orders can placed by posting or emailing back the completed form or by telephone.
Following receipt of your order we will then inform you of the next delivery date and check that you will be able to receive it that day. Payment is made by cash or cheque on delivery.
For customers further afield we can arrange to send products to you via overnight courier in insulated boxes.
To take advantage of new products and special offers please join our mailing list and each month we will inform you of what will be available and enclose an order form.
Monthly Buyers Scheme
This option, where regular buyers agree to buy a certain amount of product each month paid by standing order, has significant advantages for us in knowing that we are able to prepare for a minimum amount of sales each month and so plan ahead with stock management and processing. It will also offer advantages for our customers in developing closer links with the farm, in price, convenience and new products samples. We hope that it will be another step towards our customers being co-producers rather than just consumers. It is a type of Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) scheme.
To sign up to the scheme, you agree to:
Commit to spending a certain amount on our products each month (minimum £20). Products can be chosen from our full range and include Maryfield Farm chickens.
Set up a standing order for the monthly amount to be paid on the 27th of each month.
Let us know you order each month. You will continue to receive our monthly mailing and can call, email or phone the order to us. We also offer to telephone you to get your order if this is of help (we will do this by our latest date for cutting so that we can cut to order to ensure you get what you would like). We can also prepare a mixed seasonal meat order if you do not wish to specify your order or you can come to the farm and chose from what is available without pre-ordering.
If you sign up we will:
Prepare your order for collection or delivery (within our current delivery area).
Keep a statement of the amount we have received from you and the amount of products you have received. While the order amount should be approximately your chosen level, if you buy more or less some months (or skip a month if you are away) that is fine. You can of course chose to spend over the monthly amount if you wish and if this is significant we ask that it is settled with the order.
Provide a statement to you once in every 12 months (probably January to take account of Christmas) and refund any over payment in our favour or ask you to settle any shortfall. If any discrepancy is large we would require a settle up and revision to the monthly amount sooner.
Discount the price of your order by 5% each month.
Offer you free samples of new products to try and to let us have feedback.
If you are interested in this scheme please get in touch and we will provide you with a form to complete to get started or answer any queries you may have or alternatively you can download the form here for completion and return to us.
